چکیده

We revisit the hard-spheres lattice gas model in the spherical approximation proposed by Lebowitz and Percus. Although no disorder is present in the model, we find that the short-range dynamical restrictions in the model induce glassy behaviour. We examine the offequilibrium Langevin dynamics of this model and study the relaxation of the density as well as the correlation, response and overlap two-time functions. We find that the relaxation proceeds in two steps as well as absence of anomaly in the response function. By studying the violation of the fluctuation–dissipation ratio we conclude that the glassy scenario of this model corresponds to the dynamics of domain growth in phase-ordering kinetics.

GHS and other Inequalities *

We use a transformation due to Percus to give a simple derivation of the Griffiths, Hurst, and Sherman, and some other new inequalities, for Ising ferromagnets with pair interactions. The proof makes use of the Griffiths, Kelly, and Sherman and the Fortuin, Kasteleyn, and Ginibre inequalities.

Gyration Radius and Energy Study at Different Temperatures for Acetylcholine Receptor Protein in Gas Phase by Monte Carlo, Molecular and Langevin Dynamics Simulations

The determination of gyration radius is a strong research for configuration of a Macromolecule. Italso reflects molecular compactness shape. In this work, to characterize the behavior of theprotein, we observe quantities such as the radius of gyration and the average energy. We studiedthe changes of these factors as a function of temperature for Acetylcholine receptor protein in gasphase with n...

Energy study at different solvents for potassium Channel Protein by Monte Carlo, Molecular and Langevin Dynamics Simulations

Potassium Channels allow potassium flux and are essential for the generation of electric current acrossexcitable membranes. Potassium Channels are also the targets of various intracellular controlmechanisms; such that the suboptimal regulation of channel function might be related to pathologicalconditions. Realistic studies of ion current in biologic channels present a major challenge for compu...

On the Gallavotti-Cohen symmetry and the fluctuation theorem for stochastic processes

We directly extend Kurchans’ work on the fluctuation theorem to general finite state space Markov jump processes and general Langevin dynamics. All systems are treated in a unified manner and we show that this directly reproduces (and corrects) the results of Lebowitz and Spohn in the Langevin case. For the jump process the quantity, for which the fluctuation theorem holds, is different from th...

Investigation of Monte Carlo, Molecular Dynamic and Langevin dynamic simulation methods for Albumin- Methanol system and Albumin-Water system

Serum Albumin is the most aboundant protein in blood plasma. Its two major roles aremaintaining osmotic pressure and depositing and transporting compounds. In this paper,Albumin-methanol solution simulation is carried out by three techniques including MonteCarlo (MC), Molecular Dynamic (MD) and Langevin Dynamic (LD) simulations. Byinvestigating energy changes by time and temperature (between 27...
